Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Cost: We do not charge a fee.
Defective items can be exchanged for non-defective.

Delayed In Transit/No Tracking Info
If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 10 business days (from the time in the logistics website tracking info), the buyer shall reach us via chat or using contact@elegantes.net. Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, abnormal weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Destroyed In Transit
If the order is damaged in transit, i.e. tracking showing damage occurred during transit, the buyer can request refund with the screenshot of tracking as a proof.

Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)
If tracking shows the order returned to sender, the buyer can request a full refund if the error was not refused or undelivered due to retailer's mistake (i.e. not including apt number, etc.)
Delivered But Not Received
Once an order shows as delivered, the best recourse is to have your customers contact the carrier and provide them with the tracking number so further steps can be taken. This includes filing a missing package report with their carrier which will have them sign an affidavit stating that the item is missing so that an investigation can be started, and filing a mail theft report with their local law enforcement.
Shipping carriers are equipped with GPS scanners so that they are able to locate the exact delivery location via GPS data from the scanner. By using this information, we can certainly confirm with you this order has been successfully delivered to the correct location as marked. Because of this reason, we're, unfortunately, unable to issue a replacement or a refund on an order that has been already marked as delivered.
Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories
When the buyer received the package and find products have quality issues, he/she can request a refund after return with photos or videos as a proof. If the item is damaged, please include photos of the package it was sent in to include the shipping label as well as photos of the damaged product. If we accept the request, please make the return and upload the tracking within 15 days.

1) Order will full refund within 3 business days after the returned product being delivered.

Delivered But Not Received
If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received:
1) If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on orders, and checked wrongly address the carrier delivered, the order will full refund within 3 business days/re-delivery within 5 business days as retailer's request.
2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and supplier will only provide proof of delivery.

If the packages/goods ordered have issues (damaged/broken/stains/minor/scratch/poor quality/not as described/wrong item received, missing item etc.) , with valid proof provided:
1) Suppliers request to return and refund:
Order will full refund within 3 business days after the returned product being delivered.
2) Suppliers request to return and re-delivery:
Order will re-delivery within 3-5 business days after the returned product being delivered.
3) Suppliers don't request return any more:
Order will full refund within 3 business days/re-delivery within 3-5 business days.
Valid Proof: photos/video of issued goods and photos of package with label.
WATCHES:
Unless you have received an incorrect product, we do not accept returns. No refund for remorse purchases.
